The room was super cozy and comfortable, making it a nice spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, I really appreciated that breakfast was included, even though it could have offered more variety.
The hotel definitely showed signs of wear and tear; the maintenance could use some serious attention. I also encountered issues with the staff's training—my TV wasn't working initially, and there were hiccups with my meal discount.

Modern hotel with kind staff on shift and good Wi-Fi. Astonishing, delicious breakfast for all tastes, had fantastic food. Marvellous and easy location so close to Sydney at 10:00 o'clock at night and the Crest Sporting Complex in a great area. Besides, easy to get to Memorial Park.

I stayed for a quick getaway, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The bed was really comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was efficient and quite, which was appreciated given the warm weather. The room was spacious, and I enjoyed the nice cocktail from the bar.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The bathroom tiles were all mouldy, making it feel more like a rundown house than a hotel.

By and large, it was perfect place for sightseeing in Bankstown, had much fun and met lovely and personable staff on shift. I got a tidy and magnificent room with a spa bath. The breakfast was full of good options. The location was great and easy as for me, adjacent to Australia and the coast and the entire restaurant.

My recent stay at Rydges Bankstown with my 11-month-old baby was quite disappointing. While the hotel had a nice cocktail and comfortable bedding, the outdated room and dirty pool overshadowed the positives. The staff were friendly, but cleanliness and amenities need significant improvement. Nearby landmarks offered lovely outings, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families wanting a relaxing stay.

Friendly staff, there to help not hinder
Sunday breakfast ran out of hot water for tea, no coffee, no bread for toast, no butter, no hot food. Dining area was very busy with only one staff member on duty, needed more help.

Air conditioner performed well in the extreme hot weather. Comfty bed in a good sized quite room
Unfortunately, in my opinion, I believe the hotel was operating well under normal staffing levels. It was evident that the staff had minimal training and experience, this was especially evident at the breakfast service. (Poor customer service and questionable standards of hygeine) not normal associated with a hotel of this rating or reputation.

The location is super convenient, and the staff here are friendly. Rooms are spacious and the bed comfy, but the bathroom could use some serious cleaning. The pool is nice, too. Just be prepared for some noise if you get a room facing the road. It’s a decent stay overall!

That there was a restaurant that provided three meals and I didn't have to go elsewhere for dinner and breakfast
There was confusion with the payment of my room accomodation. It was suppose to have been already paid by my employee, but I was asked to settle my account when I checked out. My employee is still investigating if the account has been paid twice.

I had a pleasant experience at rydges during my recent stay. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring true queen-size beds which were perfect for my family's needs. The location was convenient, only a short drive to the conference at Qudos Bank Arena, and there were plenty of food options nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing my daughters to check in early and check out late, making their first trip away together special.
